Our Rates

Aquarium Therapy charges by the hour, as different jobs can take differing amounts of time.

We have a basic hourly rate with a discount structure offered to VIP customers at our discretion.

Our basic hourly rate is $100 per hour plus GST.

Our minimum charge is one hour.

Discounts of up to 20% are offered to our VIP customers at our discretion.

Aquarium Therapy may also charge a callout fee dependent on the location of a job and the circumstances of a callout.

Callout fees vary from a minimum of $20 plus GST, up to a cost estimated to cover time lost on other jobs (if an emergency requires immediate attendance and thus cancellation of a booking schedule) or time in travel to and from a callout.

Public holidays and after hours emergency callouts are charged at double our normal rate, adjusted at our discretion for VIP customers.
